The Campus is a part of the city of Nashik .The main city is approximately 5 km away from the campus.

The campus is highly charged with academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. All the buildings are spacious with latest equipment. We believe being self-sufficient and green. Research is always encouraged at all levels. Hence, special learning centers known as IBM Centers of Excellence, Texas Centre are commissioned in collaboration with Industry.
Special fund is allocated for encouraging Innovations amongst the young talents. To bring awareness about social obligations and discipline, students units like NSS and Prayas are quite active. Institute organizes an annual social gathering “Maffick” every year giving scope and a platform to young talents to show cause it.

Our institute is accredited by AICTE and permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.
The Competent Authority, the Commissioner State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, shall be the authority for Centralized Admission Process and shall direct the students as per their allotment through CAP to all institutions.
You have to pass CET as per Savitribai Phule Pune University Rule. You have to fill the form and give your choice of admission. All the admissions are done as per rules stated by DTE.
No we don’t have that provision as such.
In General there are two types of quota in Engineering Institutes i.e CAP quota and Institute level quota. Percentage of the two quotas is CAP quota 80% and Institute Level quota 20% . Institute level quota is filled at Institute Level. CAP quota allotments are done by State/ DTE. Eligibility criteria being almost same for all quota admission but procedures are bit different.

Yes we do have hostel facility for boys and girls. On our web site you can check the facilities available in the hostel.
The institute is having a fleet of buses which travels across the city to provide transportation to students from different locations in Nashik and nearby area every day.
i. Eligibility Criteria for BE:
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with disability candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; and obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
OR
(ii) Passes Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with disability candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only)
OR
(ii) Passes B.Sc. Degree from Recognized University as defined by UGC and obtained 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with disability candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passes XII standard with Mathematics as a subject.
ii. Eligibility Criteria for First Year of ME: Candidate should have passed Bachelor Degree or equivalent in the relevant field of Engineering/Technology, specified by the concerned University for admission to a particular Post graduate course from an AICTE approved institutions, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) AND should have obtained score in GATE.
iii. Eligibility Criteria for For First Year of MCA: Candidate should have passed and obtained minimum of 50% marks in aggregate ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination AND should have obtained score in MAH-MCA-CET
iv. Eligibility Criteria for For First Year of MBA: Candidate should have passed and obtained minimum of 50% marks in aggregate ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination AND should have obtained score in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET or Tests like GMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, XAT, CMAT, etc.
OR
(ii) Passes Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with disability candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only)

There exists an exclusive Training and Placement Cell “Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Career Development Centre” continuously engaged in the training and placement activities round the year. Quite a good number of companies carry out campus placements.

Attendance for all lectures, group activities, case studies, seminars held in each semester is compulsory. Non-attendance except in exceptional cases (to be determined by the Institute) will result in the student being detained in the semester. If the candidate secures less than 75% attendance he/she will not be allowed to proceed to next semester.
The institute provides excellent infrastructural facilities with well-equipped laboratories, modern computer center, spacious classrooms, seminar halls, workshops, library & hostels.

YES. You are entitled for scholarship / concession fess depending upon the category / caste of the candidate and subject to the condition that you should have been admitted through CAP rounds only. (CAP= Centralized Admission Process).

Yes. The Minority communities identified are Muslim, Christian, Sikh and Jain. Such student who has been admitted through CAP and who belongs to any of the above minority communities and fulfilling the norms can apply for either State or National Minority Scholarship Schemes. However, these students will not get any kind of concession in fees at the time of admission and will have to make full payment of fees.
Yes. Your admission is confirmed only when you pay the fees as applicable and deposit all the required documents in original (and few photocopies)
NO. At any given point of time, you are eligible to apply for any ONE of the scholarship schemes as discussed above. If found violating this, serious action can be initiated against the candidate / student.
YES, several Banks offer Education Loans for payment of Tuition Fees as well Hostel Charges. Expenditure Certificates can be issued by the Institutes is case you wish to apply for Education Loans. You then approach your Bank and process the same for seeking education loan.

YES, We do have very good facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports on the campus. Many of our students have excelled in various games and have bagged prizes / medals at University, State as well as National level competitions.
YES, It is a regular feature on the campus. The Institutes have their own buses for conducting industrial tours. In fact we encourage such tours often as huge number of industries are located in and around Nashik. There is a strong and active Institute – Industry – Interaction seeking avenues for collaborative activities in the form of projects.
YES, KKWIEER boasts of a very rich Library named Kumugraj Central Library. It is located in a centre of the building having a stock of more than 90,000 books, 204 journals, online books, and references. It also has a very good collection of periodicals, magazines, and a digital library. It is open almost for 24 X 7 during preparation and examination periods.
The academic year normally has two terms, sessions or semesters. The academic year begins by June/July and ends by April every year. Term or Semester examinations are conducted at the end of each semester. Usually, the first term concludes by October / November followed by examinations (both theory and practical); and the second term starts by mid-December.
