Gymnasium: Instrument available-8 station multi gym with all types of bars, plates & benches. Twister sitter and standing, Abdominal board, Chin up, cable cross over, Decline & Incline bench press, hyperextension, Dipping with hip Flexor, Power cage, seating and standing calf machine, heap adductor, tread mill.


Sauna Bath: Saunas are small rooms that are heated to temperatures between 150°F to 176°F (65°C to 80°C). They often have unpainted, wood interiors and temperature controls. Saunas may also include rocks (as part of their heating element) that absorb and give off heat. Water can be poured onto these rocks to create steam.

Facilities offering sauna bathing often claim health benefits that include detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation.

Yoga Room: 8 students can perform yoga at a time in this room. College gymkhana provides yoga mats.to students.
