Our Institute holds the pride of place being the first ever-Engineering Institute established in Nasik, Maharashtra in the year 1984. Institute is affiliated to S.P University of Pune and we have the talent pool of Mechanical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Civil Engineering students along with MBA/MCA/ME students for recruitment.
Apart from these we also have talent pool from Polytechnic and graduates of Agricultural, Science, Commerce, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Nursing, Food Technology and Horticulture in our sister concerned institutes run by K.K.Wagh Education society.
The students are willing to locate anywhere within the country or overseas and they have all the qualities to prove themselves in the industries.
In the present scenario, the emphasis is on improving Institute-Industry Interaction. Both the Industry and Institute find it mutually beneficial by organizing the Campus Recruitment Programme.
T&P cell is committed for providing maximum job opportunities to interested and needy students of KKWIEER. We regularly conduct HR summit and HR connect programs to make our students aware about skill expectations from industry and for developing a mechanism for bridging the skill gap. We groom the students meticulously from FE to BE for their campus selection process by conducting training for soft skills. Regularly we also make the students aware about different opportunities available in the areas like defence services, entrepreneurship development, opportunities in higher education, patent agents etc.
Institute is having a fully dedicated infrastructure for conducting the Training and Placement activities of the institute. This dedicated infrastructure is spread over 5078 Sq.Ft area and is being named as “Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Career Development Centre” This centre is having a two computer labs with 70 computers for conducting the campus placement activities. This centre is also having separate Group Discussion and Interview rooms. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Career Development Centre is equipped with Video Conferencing facility and is fully connected with Wi-Fi.
It is our pleasure to share with you that as many as 80- 90 reputed companies ike: NVIDIA, TCS, Crompton Greaves, Wipro Technologies, Persistent Systems, L&T InfoTech, IBM, KPIT Technologies, Atlas Copco, JSW Steel, Fluor Daniel India Pvt.
